I have always had a passion for real estate.  By opening my own brokerage, I am able to ensure that my clients will be treated with the highest level of service and integrity. Sunshine Living was named after the things that mean the most to me: 1. My family, we would sing the song "You are my Sunshine" to our kids when they were young and 2. Sunshine serves as a metaphor for seeing endless possibilities and optimism in life.  I believe that home is where it all starts.  And I believe that no matter your budget, we can find and create that special home that fosters a place of rest, comfort and inspiration.  If your perfect home does not exist on the MLS, I will help provide the market insight and creative vision to bring that dream to reality. 

 

My entire career has evolved around real estate since studying Urban Planning at the University of Maryland.  Prior to beginning my career as a professional Realtor in 2004, I worked for civil engineering firms and local planning and zoning.  The knowledge learned in regards to best practices in building, environment impacts and local zoning and permitting regulations over the past 20+ years has been invaluable in assisting clients.

I understand that a home is quite possibly one's largest financial investment. Professionally navigating clients through the home buying and selling process is essential and a privilege.  I am not looking to make Sunshine Living the largest firm, but to provide the highest quality of service.
